Nature of the Service

Madison County Released Inmates is a private reference that points visitors toward release records and custody resources in Madison County and Tennessee. It stores no official jail, court, or corrections record. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request or court document, or act for an agency.

Some links connect to government portals. Other features may lead to third-party research tools. The site itself does not create the records or control those outside services.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site lawfully and without harming others or the service. In particular, you must not:

• Break any applicable law through site use.
• Stalk, harass, threaten, or target another person.
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the site or another system.

No Consumer Reports

Madison County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We do not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do our advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use site information for:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection or housing screening.
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Links and Outside Services

Links may lead to sheriff and corrections offices, release records, government portals, legal resources, and independent search providers. A link does not endorse the destination. We are not responsible for its content, privacy practices, data use, fees, availability, or terms.

No Warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant:

• That information is accurate, complete, or current.
• That the site will always remain available.
• That the service is free of defects or security weaknesses.
• That an outside partner search will be complete.

Custody and public records can change at any time. Nothing here is an official statement from Madison County, a sheriff, court, or corrections agency.

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the extent needed to make it enforceable.
